squash
Hello, dears! It's autumn and it means a lot of wonderful vegetables! Especially squashes. I think it’s one of my favourite dish at the moment. This vegetable is healthy, tasty and easy to cook.
Ingredients:
- 1 squash
- 1 carrot
- 2 onions
- some tomatoes
- salt, pepper, basilic
- parsley and dill.
Method:
- saute the onions and carrot in the oil, than add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper, basilic and stew it for about 5 minutes
- add the peeled and roughly chopped squash, add a glass of water and cook on medium (low) heat for 30-40 minutes untill the vegetables are soft
- serve with parsley and dill. So good!
