chocolate caramel cupcakes


Hello, dears! Recipe day is here. Today it is something very delicious because of two my favourite flavors: bitter chocolate and caramel. Chocolate cupcakes are with wonderful dewy texture and such a good taste. And a drop of caramel inside adds a wonderful note to your tongue. Adore it! 

Ingredients:
  • 75 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 100 g cocoa
  • vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 75 g flour
  • 100 ml kefir
Method:
  • preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees celcius
  • melt the butter, add a half of sugar and mix it well
  • mix dry ingredients: cocoa, vanilla, baking powder, baking  soda and flour
  • wisk the egg with a half of sugar, then add sour cream and kefir and combine it all
  • add the egg mixture to the butter, blend well, then add dry mixture and blend it well again
  • spoon the mixture into the muffin forms and bake in the oven for 20 min.
