squash

Hello, dears! It's autumn and it means a lot of wonderful vegetables! Especially squashes. I think it’s one of my favourite dish at the moment. This vegetable is healthy, tasty and easy to cook.  
Ingredients:
  • 1 squash
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • some tomatoes
  • salt, pepper, basilic
  • parsley and dill. 
Method:
  • saute the onions and carrot in the oil, than add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper, basilic and stew it for about 5 minutes 
  • add the peeled and roughly chopped squash, add a glass of water and cook on medium (low) heat for 30-40 minutes untill the vegetables are soft
  • serve with parsley and dill. So good!
Really simply, right?
